If you want to add a designer touch to your child’s interior or playtime, have a look at the newly-launched Kartell kids collection.
It’s a heavyweight collection too, with Kartell calling in some of its highest profile designers to produce the products, which are a mix of new designs or pieces that have been ‘shrunk down’ or amended for kids.
So the likes of Japanese designer Nendo (who has created that amazing rocking horse and the ‘smile’ stools), Philippe Starck (the name behind the ‘Airway’ swing), Piero Lissoni (a toy car and tractor) and Ferruccio Laviani, responsible for the games table.
In addition to the new designs, Starck’s iconic Louis Ghost chair is being produced in miniature form for kids, with the option to customise the seat back with graphics. Similarly, patterns can also be added to new mini versions of Kartell’s tables and the surfaces of its classic lighting.
