We are big and of this particular illustrator here, not least because his Alphabet book is one of our toddler’s favourite bedtime reads. With that in mind, we have high expectations of L is for London book by Paul Thurlby.
It seems to be in a similar alphabetical mould, with Paul Thurlby’s wonderful retro-style illustrations taking little people (and their graphic-loving parents) on a trip, this time through the capital.
Sp see the sights via the alphabet – A for Abbey Road, through F for Foyles, Z for London Zoo…you get the idea.
It is a 64-page hardback book, produced by Hodder Children’s Books and available to buy from this week. £11.99 is the price. Oh yes, do check out his other books too, which are must-buys for small kids.
