If you happened to be at an amusement park in the US in the 1980s, you might have a pair of these. But we would guess, like us, that this is your first chance to pick up the Peanuts x Vault By Vans range.
It was a niche range back in the day, with the Peanuts prints dating back to 1983, designed to commemorate the opening of Camp Snoopy in Knott’s Berry Farm, then used on Vans footwear sold exclusively at the Southern California amusement park. Yes, that niche.
But they are being reissued more widely for adults, teens and even toddlers in a choice of Camp Snoopy or Snoopy and the Gang patterns on the OG Era LX shoe. Adults and older kids also get the option of the OG Sk8-Hi LX too.
Vans retailers should have these later this month, priced around the £30 mark we would guess.
