Got someone with an interest in tall buildings in the family? You might want to consider investing in Blockitecture by Areaware.

It’s probably aimed at very young children with an interest in buildings and a nice twist on the usual building blocks. The work of James Paulius and the winner of the design competition, Blockitecture is made up of several hand painted blocks, each one made of New Zealand pine and each design to offer the fun of building blocks with the creative element of producing your own building from the angled blocks on offer.

We can see a few parents getting a lot out of this too, so it’s really a ‘win win’ situation! Blockitecture will be available from 15th March, but you can sign up to be the first to know (and be the first to get hold of a set). No pricing available just yet.
